LASAGNA 
32 oz. skim ricotta
1 pkg. fresh spinach
4 eggs or Egg Beaters
Oregano
Parsley
Garlic
Pepper
1 pkg. lasagna
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Pkg. shredded skim Mozzarella

Mix ricotta cheese, blanched and chopped spinach, beaten eggs and seasonings.

Place a thin layer of above mix on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, layer 4 raw lasagna, spaghetti sauce, sprinkle on Mozzarella to fill pan. End with cheese. Pour 1/4 cup water in each corner of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.
