Spinach
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Sweet onions, sliced in rings
Fried bacon, crumbled
Boiled eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

8 tbsp. light tarragon vinegar
4 tsp. salt
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 tsp. pepper, coarse
3/4 tsp. MSG
1 c. olive oil

Mix up dressing ingredients. Chill. Prepare salad and pour dressing over. Toss well.
