ROTHAN'S DESSERT 
3 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Beat eggs and add sugar, baking powder and pecans. Fold in cracker crumbs and pour into ungreased pan.

Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, mix Dream Whip, cream cheese and pineapple together to prepare topping. When dessert is cooled, frost with topping. Chill before serving.
