SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
1 lb. frozen corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. nutmeg, optional

Set oven to 350 degrees. In oven proof casserole dish mix creamed corn with eggs and nutmeg. Fold in frozen corn. Bake 30 minutes.

NOTE: This dish can be served as a main entree by adding cut up smoked sausage and increasing baking time to 45 minutes.
