1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Raisins may be added

Stir soda into milk. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour and spices alternately with milk. Add nuts and raisins. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for one hour.
