HOLIDAY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 c. grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
French fried onion rings
Chopped pimento (optional)

Arrange slightly thawed vegetables and onion in 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Melt cheese in soup. Pour over vegetables. Top with onion rings and pimento. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings.
