HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced roasted almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. croutons or crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and 1 cup croutons. Divide among 4 ungreased 1 1/2 cup casseroles. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 cup croutons. Bake 20-25 minutes.
