WHIPPED JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. grated longhorn cheese

Dissolve Jello in water and add sugar and vinegar. Chill until thick. Whip until foamy. Add pineapple, whipped cream and cheese; mix, mold and chill.
