HOMEMADE BISCUITS | |
3 c. White Lily self-rising flour 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. water Mix all ingredients and pour onto floured board. Knead 5-6 times. Roll and shape by hand or cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter if desired. |
