SOUTHERN CHICKEN GUMBO 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. frozen okra, sliced
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried, minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 c. cooked rice

Saute chicken breasts in a little oil. Cut into chunks. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients except rice. Simmer 30 minutes. Add chicken and rice. Simmer 20 minutes longer.
