SAUCY CHILI 
1 pt. frozen Basic Tomato Sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat frozen sauce for a couple minutes to loosen from container. Set aside. Cook ground beef on full power, 4-5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in sauce and remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, full power for 10 minutes or until bubbly. Stir every 3 minutes. (For a fuller flavor, cook on 50% power for 20 minutes; stir a couple of times.)
