TACO SALAD 
16 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. head lettuce
1 c. French dressing
1 bag tortilla chips

Brown ground beef and onions. Drain fat. Add beans and salt and simmer 10 minutes. Combine tomatoes, lettuce and cheese in salad bowl. Just before serving, spoon hot meat mixture over lettuce mixture. Pour dressing on top and sprinkle with chips.
