SANDY'S LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 lemon cake mix (Pillsbury Plus is best)
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix dry mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Press remaining into ungreased 9x9 glass pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and fluffy. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserve mix. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until done. Cool; cut into bars.
