CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP, Dietary 
10 oz. broccoli
3 c. milk
3/4 c. cream
1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Dash pepper
Dash nutmeg
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Steam broccoli, then chop fine.

In double boiler, combine milk, cream, chopped onion, bouillon cubes, pepper and nutmeg. Heat to boiling. Add chopped broccoli and cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
