12 qts. dried milk (skim)
1 canister (22 oz.) non-dairy creamer
1/2 box powdered sugar
3 c. instant chocolate drink powder (be sure it's the kind to which you add milk - don't get the one that mixes with water)

Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight canisters. 2 heaping tablespoons mixed with boiling water makes 1 mug of hot chocolate (or use 3 tablespoons for a large mug). One batch lasts for months.
