HAMBURG BARBECUE | |
3 lb. ground chuck 1 c. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. Worcestershire 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2/3 c. water 1 large onion Fry ground chuck and onion together until cooked and pink disappears in meat. Drain if need be. Mix remaining ingredients together. Then place in pan with cooked meat and onions. Cook until the right consistency for barbecue. |
