CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cube butter
1 sm. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. rum
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
2 eggs

Heat cream and milk in a sauce pan, until scalded. Mix butter, chocolate chips, rum, instant coffee and eggs with a blender for 5 minutes. Pour milk and cream slowly into blender. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour in glasses and set into freezer for 1 hour. Remove to refrigerator until serving time. Serves 6.
