PERSIMMON CAKE | |
1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. persimmon pulp 1 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 1 c. raisins 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda Mix nuts, raisins, pulp and sugar. Add oil. Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Bake in angel cake pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Other pans may be used. |
