PERSIMMON COOKIES 
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in pulp
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour

Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 12.
