1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice, cooked and cooled
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins, if you like

Cook and cool the rice. Mix instant pudding and milk. Combine the rice, pudding, cream cheese, Cool Whip, pineapple and raisins.
