SWEDISH RICE DESSERT | |
1/2 c. uncooked rice 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 env. Knox gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 pt. whipping cream 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring Cook rice in milk until thick and creamy. Add salt. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to hot rice. Let cool until it begins to set. Whip cream, add sugar, and almond flavoring and mix with rice. Set in mold. Unmold when ready to serve. Serve with Crimson Raspberry Sauce. |
