2 1/2 c. oven crisp rice cereal
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded coconut (fine)
1/2 c. nut meats, finely chopped
1 c. (packed) light brown sugar
1 qt. ice cream

Mix above ingredients and spread 1/2 of it in a 9" square pan. Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream (softened to spread). Cover with remainder of mixture. Put in freezer until ready to serve. You can use 1/2 gallon of ice cream and 3 cups Rice Krispies. Need a large cake pan.
