OVEN BARBECUE CHICKEN 
12 chicken thighs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Coat chicken pieces with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil. Place chicken pieces in one layer in shallow pan. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour heated sauce over chicken. Cover the pan.

Bake at 325°F about 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
