DATE NUT BREAD 
2 c. water
2 tbsp. yeast
1/4 c. brown sugar or honey

Dissolve yeast in water and brown sugar. Let stand until bubbly. 1 tbsp. salt 1/4 c. soy flour 1/4 c. wheat germ 2 c. whole wheat flour 3 - 5 c. white enriched flour

Combine ingredients with yeast mixture. Use just enough flour to make a medium soft dough. 1 1/2 c. nuts

Add dates and nuts and knead. Place in oiled bowl. turn to oil top. Let rise till double. Punch down. Form into loaves. Put in pans; let rise till double. Punch down. Form into loaves. Put in pans; let rise till double. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
