SLOPPY JOES 
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. celery
1 tbsp. fat-oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup or sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Chop vegetables. Brown meat in fat. Add tomato and seasonings. Add vegetables. Simmer mixture for 20 minutes over low heat. Makes 10 servings.
