CHOP SUEY 
2 lbs. beef or 2 lbs. pork, julienne strips
1/4 c. oil
3 c. beef broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Worcestershire sauce
1 c. green pepper
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
Chinese vegetables - bean sprouts
Soy sauce
2 c. cooked rice

Brown meat in kettle in 1/4 cup oil. Add vegetables; cook until tender. Then add broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, Worcestershire and seasoning. Simmer 30 minutes. Add water if needed. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
