CHOCOLATE "PHILLY" FUDGE 
6 tbsp. cream cheese
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Place cream cheese in bowl and soften. Slowly blend in sugar; add melted chocolate. Mix well. Add vanilla, salt and pecans. Blend well. Press into well greased shallow pan. Place in refrigerator to firm, about 15 minutes. Cut into squares. For slightly soften fudge. blend in 1 teaspoon cream.
