CONNIE'S SANCHOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder or to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. jar of mild (or hot - according to preference) taco sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour tortillas
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped into sm. chunks
Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Sour cream

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add sliced mushrooms and spices. Add taco sauce. Cook on low for several minutes. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in frying pan or steam in oven using a moist towel as a cover. Serve about 2 tablespoon of the meat mixture on each tortilla and roll up after adding cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
