SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
3 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can bean sprouts, drained or fresh
3 carrots, grated

Place ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 sm. onion
Scant 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt

Put dressing in blender until smooth. Pour over salad. Enjoy.
