SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
DRESSING:

1 c. oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. parsley
2 heads garlic

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with a wire whisk. Pour over fresh spinach tossed with chopped egg, crushed bacon, and sliced fresh mushrooms.

SALAD:

1 bag spinach
4 hard boiled eggs
Fresh sliced mushrooms
6 pieces cooked bacon crumbled

May use more or less of each of above to taste.
