STEAMED GARLIC MEDIUM SIZE

3/4 lb. prawns
2 tsp. mashed garlic
1 tsp. chopped fermented black bean
1 stalk chopped parsley

Remove heads and legs of prawns. Wash, clean and wipe dry. Cut prawns into two lateral halves, arrange neatly on dish. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon corn flour on top.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok. Stir in mashed garlic. Dish up. Add 1 teaspoon pepper to it and mix well. Smear mixture on top of prawns and steam for 4 minutes. Pour in cooked oil and light soy, then garnish with parsley.
