ASPARAGUS ROLLS 
20 slices white bread, crust removed
3 oz. blue cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 (14 1/2 oz.) asparagus spears, drained
1 c. melted butter
Toothpicks

With rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread. Combine blue cheese, cream cheese and egg in small bowl. Mix well. Spread evenly on bread covering to edges. Place 1 asparagus spear on each bread slice. Roll up and secure with 3 toothpicks. Dip in melted butter. Place on baking sheet and freeze. Partially thaw rolls, slice each into 3 equal pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
