1 lg. head lettuce
1 bell pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
3 med. tomatoes
1 can black pitted olives
1 bottle Old El Paso hot taco sauce
1 pkg. Tom's corn chips

Brown ground beef, drain, add the taco sauce. Stir until mixed completely. Mix all other ingredients in large salad bowl, add meat mixture. Top with chips; serve with Thousand Island Dressing.
