STUFFING 
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 lb. ground chourico
1 lb. ground pork
1 loaf old bread
1 sm. (7 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 dash salt and pepper
Basil, oregano, sage and crushed pepper to taste

Soak loaf of bread, then squeeze out water and add to other ingredients, stirring well. Stuff turkey; any leftover stuffing can be baked in the oven at 350 degrees. Top off with gravy.
