BROCCOLI DIP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Microwave broccoli in covered 2 qt. microwavable bowl on high 3 minutes or until thawed; drain. Add Velveeta and garlic powder. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until Velveeta is melted stirring, after 2 minutes. Serve hot with crackers and cut up vegetables.

Serving suggestion: Try serving broccoli dip in a bread bowl cut lengthwise. Slice from the top of a 1 lb. loaf of bread. Remove bread from center leaving a 1 inch thick bread shell. Pour in your hot broccoli dip and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
