HONEY PORK ORIENTAL 
2 lb. pork steak
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Cooked noodles or rice

Cut pork into 1" squares. Brown meat in oil 15 minutes. Combine the next 6 ingredients. Add this to skillet, cover and cook 20 minutes. Add carrots, cook 10 minutes. Add onions and peppers. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with noodles or rice.
