2 pkg. ladyfingers 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pt. all-purpose cream 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Line bottom and sides of spring form pan with ladyfingers. In bowl, whip cream cheese and all-purpose cream until firm. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan, then add another layer of ladyfingers. Top with rest of batter. For topping, use either frozen strawberries, blueberries or cherry pie filling. Chill ate least four hours in refrigerator before serving. |
