CHICKEN AND BISCUIT BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped, cooked, chicken
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. pimiento
1 c. sour cream
1 can (10) biscuits
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. grated, Parmesan cheese

In large skillet combine butter, chicken, onions, celery, and pimiento. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Press biscuits over bottom and sides of pan. Spoon chicken mix over biscuits. Bake 8-13 minutes at 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine melted butter, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on chicken. Bake 3-5 minutes.
