SUPER PESTO SALAD 
1 c. basil
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. walnuts
2 sprigs parsley
2-4 cloves garlic, depends how much you like
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil, preferable olive
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine in food processor or blender. Process until pasty. Cook pasta el dente.

Mix together. Garnish with olives and tomato slices or add artichoke hearts, juice, and all.
