1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Mix the above together and spread into greased pan. Mix the ingredients below and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 1/2 c. flour 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. coconut
