GREEN BEAN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. potato flakes
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can green beans, drained

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion, celery, cream of mushroom soup and pepper. Let simmer 20 minutes.

Meanwhile mix and bring to boil water, salt and butter; remove from heat and add milk, flaked potatoes and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Grease or spray with Pam a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Layer beef-soup mixture; then green beans and top with scoops of potato mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
