SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. peeled shrimp (raw)
1/2 lb. raw scallops
1 lb. crabmeat

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan. Add flour and milk. Cook until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Add eggs, green pepper, onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in seafood and mayonnaise; mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese. Pour mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
