SESAME PORK WITH BROCCOLI 
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil
2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 lb. pork tenderloin, well-trimmed
1 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs. broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

In a small mixing bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch and green onions; blend well. Cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add pork and garlic and stir- fry for 3-4 minutes or until pork is tender.

Remove pork; set aside and keep warm. Add broccoli and chicken broth mixture to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in pork and bell pepper and heat through, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serves 6.
