TUNA CROQUETS 
2 cans tuna, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together in bowl and shape into patties. Fry in 2 tablespoons oil. Set aside on paper towels. Can be served with a green salad of lettuce, avocado and tomato with a little lemon juice or green salsa. Vegetables and refried beans can also be served.
