MANDARIN CREAM CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice Mix all ingredients together. Pour into four greased 8-inch cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes. ICING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (9 oz.) carton refrigerated topping 1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice Place pudding mix in mixing bowl and mix in other ingredients. Spread on cake layers and refrigerate. TIP: Do not preheat oven any longer than is necessary. |
