MICROWAVE CHICKEN 
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
4 skinned chicken breast halves
1 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken stuffing
2 1/2 c. sliced cauliflower
2 lg. carrots, sliced diagonally
10 snow pea pods

In 2 1/2-quart baking dish put butter, onion, lemon juice, and thyme. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute, stirring once. Add chicken and turn to coat with mixture. Cover with plastic wrap except 1 corner for vent. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Rotate dish. Microwave another 5 minutes.

Remove chicken and cover to keep warm. Put water and drippings in a 2-cup container. Combine stuffing and flavor packet, carrots, and cauliflower in dish. Drizzle with water. Cover. Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH. Rotate and microwave 4 minutes more.

Add pea pods and chicken. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Rotate and microwave 1 1/2 minutes on HIGH. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
