TACO CASSEROLE 
About 6 to 8 corn tortillas or enchiladas
1 sm. can chopped olives
1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
About 3/4 lb. mixed cheese, cheddar/Jack grated

Use square or rectangular casserole), with lid. Brown hamburger, drain. Add liquid and simmer. Add some sauce to casserole pan. Layer corn tortillas (2 or 3). Add sauce and grated cheese and chopped olives. Layer corn tortillas again on top layer of sauce. Add tortilla quarters for topping, sprinkle cheese. Cook, covered, until bubbly, uncover until brown. Good cut in squares.
