QUICK CLOVERLEAF ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. In large pan (2 quart) mix butter, salt, milk and yeast mixture. Heat to lukewarm. Cover and let rise in warm place 15 minutes. Knead to soft dough.

Oil hands and pinch off dough and put in butter'd muffin pans. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
