QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled or 1 1/2 c. cooked cubed meat or 1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1-2 c. Cheddar cheese

Blend together Bisquick, milk and eggs. Put in blender and mix until foamy or beat with egg beater or wire whip until frothy. Shred Cheddar cheese. Grease 9 inch pie tin. Place meat and cheese in pie tin. Pour mixture over meat and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
