CRAB AND SHRIMP MOLDED DIP 
12 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream or milk
1 can crab meat, drained
1 can shrimp, drained
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
Salt, to taste
Lemon juice, to taste

Mix all together. Mold into flat log and chill. Let stand out an hour before serving. Serve covered with cocktail sauce, seasoned with horseradish and lemon juice. Serve with wheat or Ritz crackers.
